Nakakatulong din po yung consultation hours. In face to face po, some students would run after the prof to share/debrief after a class session, but now with remote learning, it's different for them.

It seems though that a consultation room/hours via platforms (discord/zoom) give them that opportunity.

In the same way, there are also students who desire distributed deadlines (vs. all at the end of the sem).

Through this way, we get to teach them time management (both working on their requirements,

and taking breaks and wellness activities).

It seems that telling them that they are relaxed as the sem ends motivates them.

Disadvantage po sa pag-submit sa dulo ng semester, nawawala yung aspect ng pagiging

"formative" ng mga assessment. Hindi sila nakakapag-benefit sa feedback ng teacher

at ma-improve yung mga sumusunod na submission or output.
