REBEKAH VIGILANCIA

Is a student of the UP Diliman College of Fine Arts under the program Visual Communication. She was a former student of CIIT Senior Highschool under the Multimedia and Visual Arts strand, giving her almost 4 years of art study experience under her belt. She enjoys vibrant, and saturated colors, and loves incorporating it into her designs and illustrations.
