YES. You can interact with your teachers and fellow students in OdeL as you are required to participate in discussions.

ODeL offers flexibility and convenience in studying. There are no fixed schedules for classes as the modes of teaching generally include podcasts, recorded videos, and reading materials. However, course assignments and quizzes need to be submitted within the specified duration of the course/program. 

Assessments and exams are uploaded by ODeL teachers and tutors at the site with corresponding instructions and a deadline for submission. While certain assessments are monitored, others are not. 

Absolutely! UPOU's programs are open to students worldwide, despite the majority of enrollees being from the Philippines. 

Open universities generally provide a variety of courses, such as bachelor's and master's programs, career development, and certification courses.
