The Reef BayBe (A Coral Reef Decision-Making Tool & Primer), is a software with a manual package that integrates quantitative data and experts’ knowledge using a Bayesian Belief Network (BBN) model. This allows a more holistic look at our ridge-to-river-to-reef systems, and aims to help marine protected area managers and other users to make data-driven decisions on protecting their coral reefs.
