Biography
james (he/they/mx.) is a queer (bisexual, trans*, and gender non-conforming) graduate student and teaching fellow at the university of the philippines diliman department of psychology. his research interests revolve around metapsychology, issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and research ethics. james is also an lgbtqia+ rights activist. they were a sogiesc consultant of the up center for women's and gender studies, during which they convened the first philippine queer studies conference in 2020 and wrote the up diliman guidelines on affirming transgender and gender non-conforming students' names, pronouns, and titles (tgnc guidelines).
