The Institute of Mathematical Sciences hosted the second edition of Globally Convergent: A Webinar Series on International Perspectives in Mathematical Sciences.

This October, we were honored to welcome Prof. Dr. Stefan A. Sauter, Professor at the Institute of Mathematics, University of Zurich, Switzerland . Prof. Sauter is a distinguished scholar in numerical analysis whose research focuses on numerical methods for partial differential and integral equations, including finite element and boundary element methods, multiscale discretizations, and computational methods for wave propagation.
