How do I pay for the conference fee?
You may pay by scanning the ICGS QR Code of our Philippine National Bank (PNB), GCash, or Maya accounts.
Philippine-based rate: PhP 1,000.00
International Participants: USD 40.00
Philippine-based Undergraduate Students: PhP 300.00 (with a certificate of participation)
The fee includes your membership to the Philippine Geographical Society (PGS).

The details to join via Zoom are as follows:
Log in to the Zoom meeting using the link provided to you.
Make sure to change the name on your Zoom profile using the unique ID sent to you and your full name.
Participants will be muted upon entry. They can utilize the chat box for any questions or concerns during the session.
Please note that all sessions during this conference will be recorded.

What are Breakout Rooms?
The organizers will utilize breakout rooms during parallel sessions. You will be allowed to choose the panels that you want to attend. Participants may click on the name of the panel (e.g., Panel Session 1A) and then choose “Join Room”. Once they enter, the same protocols (participants muted upon entry, the use of the chat box for questions) will apply.
Participants may leave the room after the session. Click on the 'Leave button' on the lower right side of the room and choose 'Return to Main Session' instead of the 'Leave meeting' option.
Participants can freely choose the sessions they want to attend.
