How much are the registration fees, and what are the inclusions?
3 Km Walk – ₱600 (Singlet & Race Bib only)
3 Km Run - ₱750 (Singlet, Race Bib, & Finisher Medal)
5 Km Run - ₱900 (Singlet, Race Bib, & Finisher Medal)
10 Km Run ₱1,100 (Singlet, Race Bib, & Finisher Medal)
Please register online using the official registration form until August 25, 2025.
If you would like to register in person, please visit the DAME office (Google Maps link) at UPLB until August 25, 2025.

Email confirmation of payment will be sent once payment has been verified, which may take a few banking days.
Are there prizes available?
Yes! Lootbags and cash prizes are available for 10Km as follows:
First Place: ₱3,000 for men’s and ₱3,000 for women’s Category
Second Place: ₱2,000 for men’s and ₱2,000 for women’s Category
Third Place: ₱1,000 for men’s and ₱1,000 for women’s Category
When can we claim the race kits?
Both early and regular registrants will get an email once the race kits are ready to be picked up, with details on where and when to claim them. Kits will be available up until the fun run day on August 31, 2025, but we encourage everyone to claim theirs before then to help make the distribution smoother on race day.
Please bring the following when claiming your race kit:
• Claim stub for the onsite registrants
• Valid ID
• Acknowledgement receipt
Are registration fees refundable?
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if 2025 Heritage Run cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled once to a later date.
Are registration slots transferable?
Yes, registration slot transfers are allowed. This needs to be communicated to the race coordinators on or before August 25, 2025.
What are the gun start times?
3 Km Walk & 10 Km Run – 5:30 AM
3 Km Run – 5:55 AM
5 Km Run – 5:45 AM
Where are the routes and hydration stations?
The routes wind through the picturesque spots of the UPLB Campus, hydration, and medic stations strategically placed along the way. However, runners must be in good health and are required to sign the waiver on the Google Form. We strictly follow LGU and UPLB safety protocols to ensure everyone’s well-being.
Will there be timers?
Yes, race processors will record the finish times of the first 100 contestants in each category.

Designated parking will be available near the race venue at the UPLB Campus:

Yes, you can.
Are there time limits for each category?
There are no time limits for any category. However, we aim to start the awarding ceremony by 7:30 AM.
