To facilitate the conduct of research that respects the dignity and integrity of humans. The CSSS-ERB logo communicates a sense of equality, inclusivity, and sensitivity. The logo recognizes its responsibility and the diversity of the Office’s work, with its round, spherical design which represent the projects it is involved in. The yellow portions represents the process of approving research ethically. The logo contains the word “etika” written in Baybayin, intended to represent that which the Office intends to uphold: ethics.
The logo also contains several pillars, which both represent the facade of Palma Hall as well as the pillars or principles upon which the Office abides to uphold ethics in the College and its research projects. The illustration also presents inclusivity, as per the feminine figure included.
Mr. Adrian Gabriel of the CSSP Dean's Office designed our logo. It was refreshed by Vayne Altapascine del Rosario in 2024.
