Inspired by the fable of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐จ๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐พ๐ง๐ค๐ฌ, our design reflects what Cognayan is all about! From creative thinking, curiosity, to clever problem-solving in science. ๐ง
Each part of the logo tells a story: the crow ๐ฆโโฌ symbolizes intelligence, the pebbles ๐ชจ represent small insights that solve big problems, and the wavy line and dots ใฐ๏ธ โช๏ธ show our search for patterns and outliers.

We are looking for participants from partner organizations that have held exhibits or competitions for the Arts and Sciences.
Participants (18+ years old) currently residing in *Tagalog-speaking regions are invited to take part in one (1) online session and one (1) in-person session.ย
*Tagalog-speaking regions and cities include Metro Manila (NCR), Southern Luzon (Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal or Quezon) and Central Luzon (Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija and Zambales).

Participation (or declining to participate) in this research project will have no impact on the results of the competition that you have joined, or are joining.

Benefits to Participants
Participants can expect to receive insights into their personalities, including a Filipino personality assessment with personalized results and receive compensation for attending in-person scientific sessions.

September 2022: Initial Launch
The Cognayan Project officially begins, setting the foundation for groundbreaking research on creative cognition.
2023โ2024: Building Collaborations
Reaching out to organizations across various creative fields, inviting them to partner with us in exploring the psychology behind original thinking and performance.
2025 โ Present: Scientific Engagements Underway
The project enters an exciting phase of online surveys and in-person scientific sessions. Participants can now join research activities, contribute insights, and receive personalized assessmentsโand even compensation for selected sessions.
