Tara, Igma Ta! Kaon ran!

is part of the projects to celebrate the 100 years of Home Economics as a discipline in the University of the Philippines.

The project was launched in 2021 with the aim of collecting 100 recipes primarily from home economists (faculty members, staff, alumni, and students of CHE) and supporters of home economics. The project was funded by the Office of Initiatives for Culture and the Arts (OICA) and the Office of the Chancellor (Diliman) and received full support from the Dean of the College of Home Economics, Dr. Shirley V. Guevarra.

The 100 Recipe Book project was spearheaded by Assoc. Prof. Joanne R. Bantang of the Home Economics Education Department, the department in charge of the Centennial Celebration. The project started under the leadership of Dr. Consuelo T. Chua as the department chair and was completed during the term of Asst. Prof. Mary Justine Clarise A. Trinidad.
