1. Last Day for Graduating Students to Clear their Deficiencies - April 19, 2024 (Friday)

2. Deadline for Dropping Subjects - April 24, 2024 (Wednesday)

3. Start of Moratorium on Student Activities - April 25, 2024 (Thursday)

4. Deadline for Filing Leave of Absence (Applies to both enrolled and not currently enrolled students who wish to go on leave) - May 10, 2024 (Friday)

5. SET (Student Evaluation of Teaching) Administration Period - May 13 to May 27, 2024

6. Deadline for Enrolling in Residence - May 24, 2024

Undergraduate Program, Second Semester, AY 2023-2024

1. Deadline for submission of application for waiver of prerequisite for the second semester AY 2023-2024: January 17, 2024 at 5 pm

Note. The CCAD Waiver of Prerequisite Committee will meet on January 18, 2024 to approve or disapprove applications for waiver of prerequisite, depending on the merits of the cases.

2. Removal Examination Period -- January 2 - 15, 2024

3. Deadline for Removal of 4.0/INC incurred in the First Semester, AY 2022-2023 -- January 15, 2024

4. Deadline for Filing Appeals for Readmission/Extension of MRR -- January 16, 2024

5. Registration Period -- January 16 - 19, 2024, AS Hall

      January 17 -- 2021 (third year)

      January 18 -- 2022 (second year)

       January 19 -- 2023 (first year and the rest of students who have not yet enrolled)

Note: Students marked with ECD (Entrance Credential Delinquency) in SAIS won't be able to register unless the ECD tag is cleared by providing the missing entrance credential documents to the OUR.

NOTES from the OUR:

1. Students need to submit their lacking Entrance Credential Documents (ECDs) such as Form 137 (Permanent High School Record), Form 138 (HS report card), and PSA Birth Certificate to the OUR to be able to pre-enlist in your courses on December 11-15, 2023 for the second semester, AY 2023-2024. If you are unable to submit them before the pre-enlistment period, you may write a promissory letter addressed to our University Registrar, Asst. Prof. Dhong-Fhel Gom-os, explaining the reason for your inability to submit your lacking ECD/s before the pre-enlistment period and stating the possible date or time when you can submit them to the OUR so that you will be allowed to pre-enlist for the next semester.

2. Students need to accomplish the SET for all your professors/instructors this semester to be eligible for the pre-enlistment. Pre-enlistment is vital so that you are ensured of your slots for the second semester with a prepared schedule of classes. This will facilitate your progress towards finishing your degree program.
