IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

1. The Deadline for APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION as of the end of the second semester AY 2024-2025 is on February 3, 2025. Graduating students may now start applying for graduation by filling up the UP Form for Application for Graduation found on this link: application form for graduation. 

2. Grades for the first semester AY 2024-2025 can now be accessed in AMIS.

3. Deadline for students to file application for graduation as of the end of the second semester AY 2024-2025 is on February 3, 2025

TO ALL STUDENTS WHO WISH TO APPLY FOR CLEARANCE: Applying for clearance is done now by filling up the JotForm that can be accessed on this link:

Note: Students marked with ECD (Entrance Credential Delinquency) in SAIS won't be able to register unless the ECD tag is cleared by providing the missing entrance credential documents to the OUR.

NOTES from the OUR:

1. Students need to submit their lacking Entrance Credential Documents (ECDs) such as Form 137 (Permanent High School Record), Form 138 (HS report card), and PSA Birth Certificate to the OUR to be able to pre-enlist in your courses on December 11-15, 2023 for the second semester, AY 2023-2024. If you are unable to submit them before the pre-enlistment period, you may write a promissory letter addressed to our University Registrar, Asst. Prof. Dhong-Fhel Gom-os, explaining the reason for your inability to submit your lacking ECD/s before the pre-enlistment period and stating the possible date or time when you can submit them to the OUR so that you will be allowed to pre-enlist for the next semester.

2. Students need to accomplish the SET for all your professors/instructors this semester to be eligible for the pre-enlistment. Pre-enlistment is vital so that you are ensured of your slots for the second semester with a prepared schedule of classes. This will facilitate your progress towards finishing your degree program.
