RATIONALE

 The Philippine Board of Nursing mandates the implementation of the Philippine Professional Nursing Practice Standards (PPNPS) to ensure quality nursing care. While the BSN curriculum provides foundational knowledge, there's a clear gap in specialized training for mental health and psychiatric nursing. This two-day seminar aims to bridge this gap by equipping nurses with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes to deliver safe, ethical, and competent mental health and psychiatric nursing care aligned with PPNPS.
