Hello! I’m Allan Dale Gaspar, but you can call me Allan or Dale—whichever you prefer. I am currently in my third year pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Studies (BAMS) at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU). My academic journey is centered around understanding various aspects of multimedia, including digital design, communication, and storytelling.
Alongside my studies, I work full-time as a Reporting Lead in the BPO industry, where I specialize in data analytics, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. My role requires a keen eye for patterns and trends, as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and actionable manner. Balancing work and academics has been a challenge, but it has also allowed me to develop strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Beyond work and studies, I have several passions that fuel my creativity and curiosity. I am an avid anime and Asian drama enthusiast, enjoying a mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean series. Gaming is another major interest, particularly on console platforms, where I collect and play titles from franchises like Pokémon, Super Mario, and Final Fantasy. These games have shaped my appreciation for interactive storytelling, art direction, and immersive world-building.
One of my biggest creative outlets is photography, with a strong focus on landscape photography. I love capturing scenic views, experimenting with composition, and adapting to different lighting conditions based on location and weather. Unlike action or portrait photography, landscapes require patience and an understanding of environmental factors to get the perfect shot. However, I am also exploring portrait and street photography, as both styles challenge me to capture raw emotions and spontaneous moments. Street photography, in particular, fascinates me because of its ability to document everyday life, while portrait photography provides a rewarding collaboration between the photographer and the subject.
