Our Mission

ABACA-UPLB aims to become a platform and amplifier for the CALABARZON youth that enables the implementation of youth-led initiatives through community engagement and harmonious collaborations. The organization seeks to advocate for children’s rights, champion youth empowerment, and promote volunteerism.
