Merlin

Merlin is a captivating BBC drama that aired from 2008 to 2012, resonating with audiences of all ages. The earliest written accounts of the Merlin and Arthur story can be traced back to the 12th century. Geoffrey of Monmouth, a Welsh historian and chronicler, introduced Merlin as a prominent character in his work, "Historia Regum Britanniae" (History of the Kings of Britain), written between 1135 and 1139 (Historia Regum Britanniae - Historic UK, 2023).
