Registration

We want to inform our participants that, given the delay in the review process due to some system failures, as well as due to the fine-tuning of the banking system, the payment deadlines have been updated according to the following table:

Registration Policy:

For each accepted paper, at least one author must register, pay the registration fee, and present the paper. The paper will be published in Springer Proceedings only if registration and payment are made by August 18th, 2025.

Registration Process:

First, please fill out the registration form accessible through this link: registration form.
Second, please enter the following link to pay by credit card: Payment Portal. Once there, please follow the next guide.
- In case of bank wire transfer, you will receive a personalized bank transfer payment link by email (once you fill out the registration form)
- In case you are presenting more than one paper, you will receive a special, generated personal link according to the papers you are presenting.
Send proof of payment to: macevedo@up.edu.mx. This is necessary to be able to identify the payment more quickly.

Please select: "Campus Guadalajara" in the *Campus menu
Please write in the Z-Code in the "*Clave Z" textbox:
- Write Z000115 in the case of Early Bird Registration IFToMM Member
- Write Z000116 in the case of Early Bird Students
- Write Z000116 in the case of Accompanying person
Please fill in your email in the "*Email" textbox
Please fill in the Name(s) in the "Nombre(s)" textbox
Please fill in the Last name in the "*Apellido paterno" textbox
Please fill in the Second Last name in the "*Apellido materno" textbox, if applicable; otherwise leave it blank.
The "*Monto a pagar" (amount to pay) textbox will be completed to the appropriate amount in Mexican Pesos when you type key Z-Code in step 2. You do not need to fill it.
Note: $500 USD is equivalent to $9.500 Mexican Pesos. $200 USD is equivalent to $3.800 Mexican Pesos
Then you will receive an email from: noreply@up.edu.mx, with "Pago Curso o Evento(Clave Z)" as subject. See image.
Please proceed to the payment by credit card by pushing the button: "Pagar Curso o Evento" (Pay Course or Event) that will take you to the following form:

Note that the amount to pay is precharged. Please fill in the information

Número de tarjeta (card number)
Expira (expires on)
Correo electrónico (email)
Nombre (Name and Last Name)
Teléfono (telephone number: only 10 digits, exclude country code)
Finally, push the blue button to pay.
