Step 1: Participants are able to compete as individual or teams. First, the participants should register their intention to compete by filling out the Registration form. The registration will be active until the deadline of the competition.

Step 2: Before submitting a result, please read the complete section about the Competition and comply the rules for evaluation.

Step 3: Then, the participants are able to use the dataset and make their submissions. To submit a result, the participants should go to the Submission section and complete the steps. For the competition, three deliveries are required: (1) a short paper, (2) their codes and (3) the results. The participants are invited to submit their results as many times as they want until the deadline, but only the last submission will be taken into account for final evaluation.
