Academic Biography

Rzgar Hamad Khidhir is an experienced academic and finance professional with a strong background in accounting, administration, and teaching. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Cyprus International University (2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University  of Sulaimani (2008).

Throughout his academic journey, Rzgar has actively contributed to both teaching and research. He has delivered lectures and taught part-time at various institutions, focusing on business, finance, and research methodology. His academic research includes studies on capital structure and profitability, and he has presented at institutions such as Salahaddin University and Sulaimani Technical Institute.

In parallel with his academic career, he has taken on administrative and financial management roles within both the private and public sectors, applying academic knowledge to real-world financial systems. He has also completed several certified training courses in teaching methods and governmental, budgetary, and investment accounting. His dedication to education and finance continues to drive his professional development and contribution to the academic field.
