Rahela Aziz Rasul was born in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, in 1988. He received the B.S. degree in Staistics from the University of Sulaymaniyah, Sulaymaniyah, Iraq, in 2011, and the M.E. degrees in Statistics from the van yüzüncü yıl university, Van, Turkey, in 2021.

In 2013, he joined University of Raparin, as an Assistant Programmer, and in 2022 became an Assistant Lecturer. His current research interests include regression, multiple linear regression
