For more developing university and studying process in the Kurdistan region, it will be interesting in the process of teaching and should the universities are in depend on them in administrative and scientific progress, and students will be a central in studying and teaching program. About programming should update to convenient with the social demands, with more interesting on the foreign languages and practice module subjects.
