Philosophy of Teaching

Teacher is the director and advisor for his/ her students and the classroom manager. It is the teacher who evaluates the students’ scientific and academic achievements and tries to improve them in addition s/he is one of the most effective elements of teaching. Moreover, the teacher touches the students’ personality because s/he has a direct connection with the process and spends a lot of time with them.

In the light of educational development that the world has been through and the rapid changes in different aspects of life which have influenced humans and especially the students, the teachers’ responsibility has been doubled particularly for the university lecturers who teach at Faculty of Basic Education since we prepare teachers to teach at basic schools. We have to take this into consideration that we have a big number of students and future generation and this requires us to put much effort to assist them to get ready for their future life and career especially future teachers. The universities, the establishments and the lecturers are in charge of assuring the graduates and the basic school teachers’ academic abilities and personalities and prompt them with the necessary knowledge to play an operative role in the society. 

The university students are going to be one of the principles of the society. Therefore, it is the lecturers and professors’ duty to shape their students’ future, through teaching and analyzing the subjects efficiently, having effective academic course-books and trying to increase their knowledge and awareness. Instructors also should motivate students to be confident, participate in academic debates, search for educational resources, read books and useful resources, write articles and essays in addition to doing researches and studies.

فەلسەفەی فێرکردن

مامۆستا، ئاڕاستەکار و ڕێنوێنیکەرە بۆ خوێندکاران و سەرکردەی پۆلیشە، هەر ئەویشە بەدواداچونی دەرئەنجامی خوێندکاران دەکات و، هەوڵی باشترکردن و پەرەپێدانیان دەدات، هەروەها مامۆستا جگە لەوەی ڕەگەزێکی زۆر کاریگەریی نێو ڕەگەزەکانی کرداری فێرکارییە، کاریگەریشە لەسەر کەسیەتی خوێندکاران، چونکە ڕاستەوخۆ ئاوێتەی کارەکەیە و، کاتێکی زۆریان لەگەڵدا بەسەردەبات.

لە ڕوانگەی ئەو لێشاوی پێشکەوتنە ڕۆشنبیرییەی کە جیهانی ئەمڕۆ بەخۆیەوە بینیویەتی و، ئەو گۆڕانکارییە خێراییانەی کە لە بوارە جیاجیاکانی ژیاندا بەدی دێن، کە کاریگەرییان لەسەر مرۆڤی ئەمرۆ و بە تایبەتیش لەسەر خوێندکاران دروستکردووە، ئەمەش ئەرکی مامۆستایانی چەند هێندتر کردووەتەوە، بە تایبەتی بۆ ئێمە، کە لە فاکەڵتی و بەشێک وانەدەڵێینەوە، کە خۆمان (مامۆستای قۆناغی بنەڕەت) ئامادەدەکەین و، ژمارەیەکی زۆر لە خوێندکاران و نەوەی داهاتووی ئەم کۆمەڵگایە لە ژێر دەستماندان، ئەمەش دەمانخاتە بەردەم ئەو ڕاستییەی، کە واپێویست دەکات زیاتر گرنگی بە پێکهێنان و ئامادەکردنی نەوەی داهاتوو و تایبەتی تریش مامۆستایان بدەین و، دڵنیایی لە دامودەزگاکانی پێگەیاندنی مامۆستایاندا دەستەبەربکەین، لە هەموو ڕوویەکی زانستی و پیشەیی و کەسییەتییەوە و، توانستەکان بەو مامۆستا و دەرچووانەی زانکۆ بگەیەنین، کە بۆ ڕۆڵی مەزن و جیا جیا ئامادەیان دەکەین، بۆ گەیاندنی پەیامەکانی خزمەتکردنی کۆمەڵگە ئاڕاستەیان بکەین، کە ئەمەش بەرپرسیاریەتییەکە لە ئەستۆی ئێمەدایە، کە بەشێوەیەكی زانستی و تێروتەسەل ئاشنایان بكەین بەو وانەیەی كە پێیدەڵێین، بە جۆرێك دەروازەكانی ئەو بابەتەیان بۆ شیبکەینەوە، ئەوەش لە ڕێگەی ئامادەكردنی كۆرسبوكێكی زانستی بۆ بابەتەكانی وانەكە، هەروەها هەوڵدان بۆ بەرزكردنەوەی ئاستی زانستی خوێندكاران بۆ پلەیەكی باشتر، لە هەردوو بواری پەروەردە و فێركردندا، لە ڕێگای وروژاندنی پرسیار و، هاندانی خوێندكاران بۆ ئەوەی بە دوای وەڵامەكەیدا بگەڕێن و، سەرچاوە ببینن و، بەشداری ڕۆژانەیان هەبێت و گفتۆی زانستی لەگەڵ مامۆستا و هاوڕێكانیاندا بکەن، ئەمەش لەلایەك ئاستی زانستی خوێندكاران بەرزدەكاتەوە و، لەلایەكی دیکەش ترس و شەرمی خوێندكاران دەشكێنێنێت، هەروەها هەوڵدان بۆ ئاراستەكردنی خوێندكار بۆ خوێندنەوەی كتێب و سەرچاوەی زانستی لە بواری بابەتی خۆیاندا، لەگەڵ فێرکردنی خوێندکار بۆ چۆنیەتی نووسینی ڕاپۆرت و توێژینەوەی زانستی لە ئێستا و داهاتوودا، ئەمەش بە ئاراستەكردن و هاندانی خوێندكاران بۆ ئەوەی فێری گفتوگۆی زانستی ببن و، بە دوای سەرچاوەكاندا بگەڕێن و، سوود لە تەکنەلۆژیا و زانینی نوێ وەربگرن.
