Hawkar is a lecturer in the field of civil engineering/Structural Engineering. He joined the work firstly at Koya University from May 2013 to October 2018, then moved to University of Raparin. He has got B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Koya University, Koya, Kurdistan - Iraq in 2010, and M.Sc. degree in Structural Engineering from The University of Nottingham, Nottingham, UK in 2012. He is now a member of civil engineering academic staff and teaching in civil engineering department, University of Raparin.
