Bryar serves as a lecturer and instructor for core courses, including Highway Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Engineering Statistics, Health and Safety Engineering, and Construction Methods & Estimation.

Since 2019, Bryar has served as a lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Raparin, actively contributing to academia through teaching and research in transportation and highway engineering. In parallel, he possesses over 14 years of professional experience in engineering, coordination, and management, leading successful projects across sectors such as urban planning, infrastructure, and project development. His background is distinguished by strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills, supporting high-level negotiations and client engagement.
