We are pleased to inform you that FASC members will benefit from a discounted registration fee (early bird) of USD 50 for participation with abstract and USD 30 for participation without abstract.

 Kindly notify us by email (vccamru@uom.ac.mu) that you are a FASC member and provide your membership number following your abstract submission. 

If more than two abstracts are submitted, charges may apply.

Benefits of paying registration fee (Participation with one abstract; early bird is USD 59 and deadline is 15 June 2025)
1) All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and those accepted will be collected in the book of abstracts which will be circulated in PDF format.
2) Access to a conference platform for scientific interactions with Nobel laureates, keynote speakers, participants and workshop facilitators.
3) Certificate of participation will be issued (Note that certificates will not be reissued).
4) Can participate in the live event (if any) for Schrödinger Day and International Youth Day on 12 August 2025.
5) Be eligible to submit a full paper for the proceedings (special issue of a journal under negotiation).

For the reference number, you must include '82022-abstract number' for tracking purpose.

There will be 50% refund for cancellation before 15 July 2025 but there will no refund after this date under any conditions. Refund will be done one month after the virtual conference and all bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
