Submission Process
Authors interested in submitting a paper are requested to follow the instructions provided below, format the paper according the conference template, complete the copyright agreement form, and finally submit to the conference website:

To assist authors and researchers with formatting of their work to the standard required by the conference we have provided the AIPCP template below.
Please note that the instructions are intended to provide a consistent style and format. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a delay in publication.

2. The papers for conference proceedings should not exceed 12 pages in length.
3. Complete copyright agreement below.

4. Similarity report.
A similarity report file (Turnitin) MUST be submitted alongside the paper. The Engineering College provides a reduced cost Turnitin service for all researchers and students aiming to submit papers to ICES2025.
5. Paper Submission
To submit your paper you need to register for a Microsoft CMT account, if you do not have one. Go to the website below and Select “Create new submission”.

5. Ethical Requirements
Authors are required to uphold the highest standards of research ethics. Submissions must be original, free from plagiarism, and not under consideration elsewhere. Proper citation of sources is mandatory, and all listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work. We also expect compliance with ethical guidelines regarding data collection, analysis, and reporting.
