The College of Education for Pure Sciences was established in the academic year 1996/1997 and the Department of Life Sciences was the first department to be opened for morning studies only, and both the mathematics and chemistry departments were opened in the 2007/2008 academic year, where the total number of students graduating from morning studies until the 2011 academic year – 2012 reached (1318) male and female students, and evening study graduates reached (452) male and female students, and the Physics Department was created in the 2015/2016 academic year for morning study only.
