I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics at the University of Hyderabad (UoH), where I also completed my doctoral studies. My research program is primarily situated within heterodox economic frameworks, with a core focus on Classical Political Economy, Post-Keynesian Macroeconomics, and the History of Economic Thought. Specifically, my work centers on the value and distribution theories of Piero Sraffa, linear production systems, and capital theory. Alongside these theoretical pursuits, I investigate regional development, macroeconomic indicators, and the institutional complexities of Northeast India. Beyond teaching and research supervision, I am deeply committed to advancing pluralism in economic pedagogy and serve as a founding member and the current Treasurer of the Indian Society for the History of Economic Thought (ISHET).
