My Philosophy in Teaching

First I believe that I must make a good relationship between me and my students and they must trust themselves and trust of me because they like their lecturers and understand the lessons. I always let students to participate in my lectures just to let them think, think, and think. I also believe that students can not learn only from power point , pdf (Data show) , so I always explain complicated subjects on the white board to make everything clear for students as they will be the center of learning, and make of them Grouping to learn from each other. In addition of that I gave them as an example one or two chapters as home word and they must explain it for our like a teacher. I prefer weekly quiz or home work ( Examples ) as well.
