My Philosophy in Teaching: I always let students to participate in my lectures just to let them think, think, and think. I also believe that students can not learn only from power point (Data show) , so I always explain complicated subjects on the white board to make everything clear for students as they will be the center of learning. I prefer weekly quiz or home work as well.
