My Philosophy in Teaching

I teach for the majority of the class, rather than teach for handful top students. It is more effective and productive way of teaching.

I teach with interactions between teacher and students, and also between students themselves. Interaction is the only tangible way of making the class intimate, open,creative, and challenging.

I believe that there are five essential elements that are conducive to learning:

• The teacher s role is to act as a guide.
• Students must have access to hands-on activities.
• Students should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning.
• Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment.
• Technology must be part of class.
