Students at the university of Zambia face challenges in appealing for either missing or failed grades. Student requirements are sent to the appropriate authorities but many are the times that some of these request go unanswered, luckily for some they get the desired response. However, the process is long and tedious, thus the system will provide an appealing system that is both easy and faster.
