The aim of this project is to help students appeal to management virtually, thus reduce the need for face to face interactions to make the process smooth and straightforward while adding a high level of students appeal within a close time period as well as receive feedback in time. With Students wishing to file a complaint about a course grade or a grade received for a particular piece of work in a course should first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion with the department.
