2026 NPWU STATE CONVENTION & TRI-STATE

Please join us for our Annual State Convention in Omaha, Nebraska, being held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha La Vista Hotel & Conference Center.
Tri-State Training will be held on Wednesday, April 8th and Thursday, April 9th with the NPWU General Session on
Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th. We hope you can come out and join us!
Room rate is $149 per night plus tax for all room types. Reservations must be made no later than March 8, 2026, to get the negotiated rate. Reservations may be made by going to the booking page or calling the hotel at (402) 331-7400. Be sure to use the group code NPWU Convention and Tri-State.
The Delegate/Guest Registration fee for the tri-state and convention is $175 and should be sent in by March 1st. Registration received after March 1st will be $190. Locals who are current on per-capita dues may remit registration fee payments for the number of delegates they will be sending by March 15th and provide the names of elected delegates no later than March 15th also.
This should be done via letter from the president or secretary/treasurer stating whom the delegates will be including their craft and EIN.
MAL (Member at large) members, your registration fee will be covered by the state. However, you will need to still fill out the registration form. Please reach out to Matthew Cardwell if you have any questions in regard to your registration.
All guests/delegates who wish to sit in on convention activities must be registered.

Additional banquet tickets for Saturday may be purchased in advance for $67 each.
Friday Aux. Luncheon for $35 each.
Locals must send in a completed registration form for each delegate, along with the letter from the president or secretary/treasurer stating whom the delegates will be including their craft and EIN.
A local’s NPWU dues must be current.
This year’s chosen charity is to be determined. Make checks payable to the “Nebraska State Auxiliary.” Any excess will go to one or two other organizations yet to be determined.
We will also have our annual COPA fundraiser of “door prizes”. I am asking that all locals provide “door prizes” for the COPA fundraiser. Each “door prize” should be worth at least $20.
