Sami Erol Gelenbe is a Turkish born French computer scientist, electronic engineer and applied mathematician who is Professor in the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (2017-), Honorary Professor University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Consultant to Huawei's Ireland Research Centre and affiliated with the I3S CNRS Laboratory of the University of Cote d'Azur (Nice). Previously he was a Chaired professor at University of Liege (1974-1979), University Paris-Sud (1979-1986), University Paris Descartes (1986-2005), Duke University (1993-1998), the University of Central Florida (1998-2003) and Dennis Gabor Professor at Imperial College (2003-2019). Known for pioneering the field of modelling and performance evaluation of computer systems and networks throughout Europe, he invented the random neural network and the eponymous G-networks. His awards include the Grand Prix France Telecom (1996) of the French Academy of Sciences, ACM SIGMETRICS Life-Time Achievement Award, the Oliver Lodge Medal of the UK's Institution of Engineering and Technology (2010), the "In Memoriam Dennis Gabor Award" (2013) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and the Mustafa Prize (2017).

Professor Arthur Ekwue has been appointed a Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Developing Problem-based Learning for Electrical and Power Systems at Brunel University London. Arthur has over 30 years’ experience in Electrical Power Systems Engineering as gained from employment within internationally leading industrial, research and academic organizations. He retired recently as a Divisional Director (Power Systems) with Jacobs Engineering Inc. He has also undertaken major consultancy projects in several overseas countries as well as working for electrical power transmission and distribution network companies on high profile operational and planning projects in the UK. As a Visiting Professor within the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Arthur will contribute to the development of problem-based learning for electrical and power systems engineering degree courses. He is also a Visiting Professor of Power Systems at the Department of Electrical Engineering/ Africa Centre of Excellence on Sustainable Power and Energy Development, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Engr. Sule Ahmed Abdulaziz is the Ag. MD/CEO of Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN). He was the Regional Transmission Manager for Abuja Region of TCN before his appointment as the Acting Managing Director of TCN, on 19th May, 2020. Prof. Cajethan Maduabuchi Nwosu is currently the Head, Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He obtained his B.Eng., M.Eng. and PhD degrees from the University of Nigeria in 1994, 2004 and 2015 respectively.
Since 2005, he has been with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he is currently a Professor of Electrical Engineering. In 2007, he undertook a three months pre-doctoral research on Wind/Solar Hybrid Power System and Renewable Energy Resources at the University of Technology, Delft (TU-Delft), the Netherlands.
Engr. Prof. C. M. Nwosu had written two books and had published over fifty articles both in local and international reputable journals. Dr Nnaemeka Ewelukwa is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading (NBET). He was the General Counsel and Company Secretary of the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading PLC (NBET) in March 2012. Prior to this appointment, he served as the acting Company Secretary of NBET, while concurrently working as a Technical Adviser with the Presidential Task Force on Power (PTFP) where he was a member of the Regulatory and Transactions Monitoring Unit.
Nnaemeka holds an LLB from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics. His PhD from the Queen Mary, University of London focussed on privatization and electricity legal reform in Nigeria.
Nnaemeka practised commercial and corporate law after his Call to the Nigerian Bar. While in the United Kingdom, he worked with the solicitors firm, Patterson Sebastian & Co and also taught International Trade Law at Middlesex University and SOAS, University of London.

Major General Lincoln Keonyemere Jack Ogunewe (Retired) was born on 18 May 1963 to the family of Eze (Lt Col) David Sunday Ogunewe and Ugoeze Stella Lucy Ogunewe. He completed his primary school education in 1975 and secondary school education in 1980. He gained admission into the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy in July 1980 as an Officer Cadet and was commissioned in December 1983 as a Second Lieutenant into the Corps of the Nigerian Army Engineers.
Major General Ogunewe has attended many military and civil courses in Nigeria, Ghana, Thailand, Israel, Pakistan and USA.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B. Dr. Felicia Nnenna Agubata is the Assistant General Manager Terrestrial Services at the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) .
NAMA is an Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) responsible for managing the Nigerian Airspace through the Provision, Installation and Maintenance of Navigational Aids, Communication Equipment and Surveillance Systems, etc. Dr. Felicia has over 18 years of experience in aviation, project management and communication engineering.
She is a graduate of Computer Science & Engineering( 2nd Class , Upper Division) , has a Masters degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Communication Engineering) and holds a doctorate degree in Communication Engineering.

Dr. Felicia Agubata is the 15th President of the Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria (APWEN), from 2018 to 2019; and a passionate STEM advocate. She has transversed all the six geopolitical zones in Nigeria with her “Invent It, Build It “ initiative under APWEN and awarded scholarships to 81 pupils from primary to university level as well as constructing seven science and technology laboratories in seven states ( primary schools ) across the six geo political zones in Nigeria in partnership with NNPC. Some of the labs are completed and others are work in progress. She has contributed in building the capacity of STEM teachers across the six geopolitical zones in partnership with University of West of Scotland through the SHEENGINEER “Invent It, Build It “ program sponsored by Royal Academy of Engineering UK , as the 2019 GCRF African Catalyst grant awardee.

Engr Peter O. Ewesor is the MD/CEO Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) & Chief Electrical Inspector of the federation. He obtained the HND in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Calabar in 1981, the M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Benin in 1997, and the Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Benin in 2000.
He is a Registered Electrical Engineer, The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Fellow Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Fellow Nigerian Institute of Power Engineers (FNIPE), Fellow Occupational Safety and Health Association (FOSHAS), Member Nigerian Computer Society (MNCS), Member Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigerian (MISPN), Member the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (MNIEEE).
He was a Deputy Director and Head, Electrical Inspectorate Services Division of the Federal Ministry of Power, and was appointed the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) formerly Electricity Management Services Ltd. in September 2013 and the Chief Electrical Inspector of the Federation with the enactment of NEMSA Act - 2015.
