Programming (AKA A/V and Programming)

Head: Addy Aso-Santos

Assigned Areas: Main Stage, Panel Room A and B

Duties:

• Designs and operates lighting, audio, and video in the Main Stage area

• Works with performers to ensure the execution of their vision

• Periodically checks in on the Second Stage and Programming Team

• Manages panels

• Ensures panelists arrive on time, are taken care of, and have the equipment needed

Exhibit Hall

Lead: Noodle

Assigned Area(s): Exhibit Hall

Duties:

• Keeps exhibitors informed before the con

• Provides a place for exhibitors to check in and allows time for them to set up

• Supervises the exhibitor hall for theft

• Sets up and supervises the arcade

• Runs the con store

Operations

Head: Archie

Assigned Area(s): ConOps, All Con Areas

Duties:

• Coordinates Logistics pre-con

• Operates ConOps during the con

• Relays important information to other teams

• Makes sure that staff are taken care of and have breaks

• Supervises the entire con, either by periodically walking around or via surveillance video (if available)

• Makes sure that decorations and signs are placed in their proper places before the event starts

• Operates the lost and found

• Coordinates volunteers

• Periodically checks in on the Fursuit Lounge and Sensory Room for issues

Registration

Head: Koro 

Assigned Area(s): Registration, Prefunction

Duties:

• Operates the registration booth

• Scans QR codes and compares information on record with the ID provided

• Ensures that all attendees sign liability waivers

• Ensures that attendees entering the Ballroom have badges

Photography Team

Head: Jueves

Assigned Area(s): All Areas of Con

Duties:

• Takes professional photos of the convention for marketing purposes

• Make sure that attendees who do not wish to be photographed are either cropped out of photos or blurred
