The UNLV GenCyber camp will be held at UNLV AEB (Advanced Engineering Building), located on the north side of the UNLV Campus. Please refer to the directions on this page (AEB), https://www.unlv.edu/maps/aeb. Students can be dropped off at the end of the road along the parking structure (a.k.a. Cottage Grove Parking Garage). If students are driving their own vehicles, they can park at the parking garage or at the nearby SEB parking lot. Parking is FREE on Saturdays for the Spring camp. During summer camps, parking permits will be distributed on the first day for self-drivers.
If you wish to park and walk students in and out of camp, please note that UNLV parking is enforced during the week. You must park and pay at a meter, which may require you to download the “PayByPhone Parking” app. Metered parking is available on the first floor of the Cottage Grove Parking Garage.
If students are driving and parking themselves, parking permits will be distributed upon arrival on the first day of camp. Parking permits for self-drivers will be handed out at the end of the road along the parking structure (a.k.a. Cottage Grove Parking Garage). Driving students should familiarize themselves with all UNLV parking rules and regulations at https://www.unlv.edu/parking/rules, including always parking so that a license plate is visible and no backing into parking spots.
Please note that we will not be able to waive or have removed any citations that camp participants receive.
