Engaging in workshops, conferences, and courses to enhance teaching skills and collaborating with other educators to share knowledge and resources for professional growth . also,Implementation of flexible seating arrangements to accommodate different learning styles and preferences with the integration of real-world applications and hands-on experiences to make learning more relevant and meaningful for students.
