I am Diary Hamid Mahmood Lecturer at the University of Sulaimany _ College of Humanities _ Public Relations department. I have a Ph.d degree in Public Relations. I have an MSc in Media and Public Relations from the University of Leicester - Leicester City - United Kingdom 2013. In addition, I have been working in both public and private sectors since 2009.
