Teaching Philosophy
Nowadays, globalization has brought us to a point where teachers’ roles have changed from being the sole source of knowledge in the classroom to acting as facilitators, due to the wide availability of diverse sources of knowledge.
My teaching philosophy is to apply different learning theories according to the needs of each topic, as every learning theory is suitable for a particular classroom situation. Moreover, I believe that the most challenging task is creating an effective classroom environment in which students from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles can achieve optimal learning outcomes.
Dear reader of this brief reflection on learning philosophy, do not forget that the enthusiasm of both the teacher and the learner goes beyond all theories and philosophies.
