Staff Updates
Let Mr. Lobato know ASAP about any conferences scheduled outside of the planned conference day.
Make sure to keep kids in your classroom as much as possible - one at a time to the restroom (leave phones in the room, and take their ID)
Make sure you are being consistent in enforcing cell phone policies
Keep your classroom doors closed when you have students in class unless you are supervising students in the hallway at that time. Your window in your door should be left uncovered.
The business office will not be availlable to cut any checks on October 3rd. If need something for that day, make sure to plan ahead.
Jeff Lemons is out next week. Katie,Victoria and Jeffery will continue providing support.
SENIOR YEARBOOK DEADLINES
SENIOR PICTURES
Senior pictures are due on October 17. The yearbook staff reserves the right to refuse your photograph if it is inappropriate, so please make good choices and use good judgment with your submissions.
Please provide us a vertical headshot (2 by 3) that is a high resolution (300 dpi) jpeg.
Upload your image directly to our yearbook staff. You may do that by using the Google Form you were sent on 9/9/25
Photographers are not granted access to the Google Form and can’t upload your picture. YOU(the student) are the only ones granted permission to do that.
SENIOR QUOTES
Please submit a quote with your picture by October 17th. If you don’t turn in a quote at this time, your spot will be left blank. No initials are allowed and your quote may be edited for length or content. To submit your quote, use the Google Form you were sent on 9/9/25.
SENIOR BABY ADS
Senior recognition ads can be purchased at www.theyearbookcompany.com until November 1st for early bird pricing. They will remain on sale at the regular price until November 19th. See packet being mailed in September for more information.
Advising
Check-in with students about how they are doing once a week at a minimum.
Wayfinder on Wednesdays.
Friday community building circle each week.
Grade and attendance checks every week.
Conferences with parents twice a year.
Support graduation requirements - Community Service, Job shadows, Internships, Senior Projects.
Support pathway and course registration each year.
Support kids in training for safety drills.
Keep advisees in your room during advising.
