4th & 5th Grade Award Books

Mark Twain Book Awards 2025 - 2026

Missouri Fourth and Fifth Grade Students need to read four of these books to vote on their favorite book in February to help determine this year's winner. The Mark Twain Book Award is awarded to the author of the book by the Missouri Associate of School Librarians.

Celeste knows she should be excited to spend two weeks at her grandparents' lake house with her brother, Owen, and their cousins Capri and Daisy, but she's not. And soon strange things start happening—the sound of footsteps overhead late at night. A flickering light in the attic window.
