All designs must be completed using the template on the back or downloaded from our website
Artwork can include digital digital photographic submissions or paper submissions using colored pencil, pen, paint, markers, etc.
Artwork containing AI generated images will not be considered
All artwork must be original, previously unpublished, and free of copyright restrictions.
Both horizontal and vertical designs will be considered.
Upon submission, entrants grant the Worcester Public Library all rights to the artwork and consent that all artwork may be displayed and/or reproduced without limitation and without compensation.
Entries must be accompanied by a signed entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Do not include your name in artwork.
One finalist per class will enter the semi-finals.The semi-finals will determine best per school. Final winner will be choose at Book fair voting
Book fair voting will begin March 9th and winners will be announced after votes are compiled.
Utilizing technology in our 1 to 1 by encouraging online reading . Students can earn badges and retrieve a prize from the Library with proof of badge completion.
All UA students now have Virtual library cards through the Kansas City Public Library! This mean access of their Ebook, Audiobook and research data bases. This is accesible through their classlink page. For help getting access, email or visit the library!
Middle School Reading challenge
Rules
This year for Middle School readers we are challenging you to read as many books as you can in each quarter of the school year! We have prizes for each level and the possibility of going on a field trip to the KCPL central branch at the end of the school year!
Challenge is Quarterly, renews and resets every quarter
Books should be age appropriate
Books must be logged on Destiny Discover (Its on classlink)
Book reviews must be turned in to a Librarian
Class books are accepted with a review
Prizes will be given upon completion of levels
There is no limit, if we need to make more levels with prizes we will! happily!
