கடல் கடந்த விடுப்புக்கான அனுமதி

பல்கலைக் கழக மானியங்கள் ஆணைக்குழுத் தலைவரின் 22.02.2018 திகதியிடப்பட்ட கடிதத்தின் பிரகாரம் சகல ஊழியர்களும் தங்கள் வெளியூர் பயணங்களுக்கான கடல் கடந்த விடுப்புக்கு கெளரவ ஜனாதிபதி மற்றும் பிரதம மந்திரி அவர்களினது அனுமதிகளைப் பெறும் பொருட்டு தங்கள் பூரணப்படுத்தப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தினை 15 வேலை நாட்களுக்கு முன் உயர் கல்வி அமைச்சு செயலாளருக்குக் கிடைக்கக் கூடியதாக அனுப்பப்படல் வேண்டும்.

ஆகவே, தங்கள் பூரணப்படுத்தப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பப்படிவத்தினை அதற்குப் 10 நாட்களுக்கு முன்னர் கல்வி சாரா தாபனங்கள் கிளையில் ஒப்படைக்குமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறீர்கள்.

பிந்திய விண்ணப்பங்கள் எக்காரணங்கொண்டும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படமாட்டாது.

Oversea leave approval

As per letter dated 22.02.2018 received from the Chairman, University Grants Commission, All staff of the Universities are requested to forward their perfected application form to the Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education through their respective Universities for overseas leave approval of the Hon.Prime Minister and HE the President before 15 working days.

Therefore, Non Academic Staff of the University of Jaffna are requested to submit their perfected application form to the Non academic Establishments Branch 10 days before forwarding their application to the Ministry of Higher Education & Highways.

Late applications will not be accepted to forward the Ministry of Higher Education & Highways.
