Overview

I completed BBA (Hons) Degree in University of Jaffna in 1991, and completed M.Phil degree in the University of Jaffna in 1999. I am reading PhD in HRM under the supervision of Dr. Aruna Shantha Gamage, Senior Lecturer in HRM, University of Sri Jeyawardanapura. I started my career as a Lecturer in Management in 1994 and now I am Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of HRM.
