1. Participated the workshop of “Management Development Workshop for Executives organised by the "Center for Human Resource Development" Sept . 26^th and 25th 1999.

2. Participated the Training Programme on ACCPAC Advantage Series System Manager, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable organized by ZILLIONe SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD, Training Center at CIMA Centre, Colombo.2004.

3. Participated a Workshop on Online Learning Activities at Computer Lab of the Computer Unit, University of Jaffna, and Sri Lanka conducted Distance Education Partnership Programme (DEPP) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded Distance Education Modernization Project (DEMP) of Ministry of Higher Education, Sri Lanka(2006).

4. Participated a Workshop and Discussion on Learning outcomes at commerce Hall-II, Department of Commerce, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka conducted by Coordinator and staff members of the Distance Education Partnership Programme(2006).

5. Participated a Workshop on Online Course Design using Moodle at Open University of Sri Lanka conducted Distance Education Partnership Programme (DEPP) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded Distance Education Modernization Project (DEMP) of Ministry of Higher Education, Sri Lanka (2006).

6. Participated in the following workshops on “Instructional Design for Online Learning” held in 2006 in Colombo, Sri Lanka that were developed and delivered collaboratively by the Distance Education Partnership Programme and Red River College, Manitoba, Canada.

21. Participated and successfully completed the Advanced ToT Programme in Micro Finance was held from 19^th Nov. to 24^th Nov. 2012 at Hotel Galadari, Colombo, which was organized by IBSL and Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany.
