I completed MBA at Open University of Sri Lanka. I am a research-focused marketing academic and more interested in researching in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Behaviour, social marketing. I have published articles in Management journal. For last fifteen years, I have been teaching several Marketing and Management units in various universities and Higher Education Institutes in Sri Lanka (Open University of Sri Lanka, University of Jaffna and Advanced Technological Institute Jaffna). My teaching experience involves unit coordination, lecturing and curriculum development. Importantly, I am in eager to involve in research and development along with teaching and learning.
