Robinson James received his PhD in Management from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His research interest includes career management, expatriation, repatriation, organisational politics, attitudes and organisational socialisation. He has published his work in journals such as the Journal of Career Development, Management Research Review, South Asian Journal of Human Resource Management and South Asian Journal of Human Business Studies. He is currently a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Further, he served as a resource person in many seminars and workshops organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, state and private universities, and other organisations.
