This project was funded by the USAID).

2021: Mapping of fishponds in Bangladesh using remote sensing and artificial intelligence (In collaboration with the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Fish at Mississippi State University and Michigan State University, USA. This project was funded by the USAID).
2019-2020: Prediction of soil bulk density using WoSIS soil data and environmental covariates in the Mediterranean agro-ecosystems (In collaboration with University of Milan, Italy and other European Universities).
2019: Development of a decision support model for the management of fungal ear rot and associated mycotoxin contamination in corn grain (At Michigan State University, USA. This project was funded by the Corn Marketing Program of Michigan (CMPM)).
2017-2018: Evaluation of soil moisture sensors for SMAP validation (At Michigan State University, USA. This project was funded by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and California Institute of Technology (Caltech)).
2017: Water security under climate risks: A Philippine climate change adaptation strategy for the agricultural sector (In collaboration with Michigan State University, University of the Philippines Los Baños Foundation Incorporated and IRI Columbia, USA. This project was funded by USAID).
