Fouzi Tabet is a senior professional, holding a PhD degree from ICARE-CNRS France in renewable energy, with more than 25 years of international (Europe and Africa) working experience in academia (CNRS France, University of Orléans France, Technical university of Cottbus Germany, Karlsruhe institute of technology Germany, German biomass research center DBFZ) and industry (ANSYS, EDF, Daimler, SCC Umweltteschnik) as consultant, expert, project manager, group manager, researcher and professor.
He is currently the CEO of Opti’Tech company active in budding renewable energy projects in developing countries. He is also an independent international expert and consultant in renewable energy and green hydrogen projects.
Prof. M Alaa Mandour: Professor of Urban Design and Architecture Head of Architecture Department at Helwan University studied at Cairo University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology-USA with Prof. Reihard Gothert. With varied experience in academic research, teaching, design and research based consultancy, Prof. Mandour bridges theory, design and practice in his professional activities. He has written 4 books and over 45 articles and journal research papers. He is the Founder of Architecture by Digital Technology Program at Helwan University. He has a wide global professional experience in Architecture, Urban Design and Planning being MENA technical manager for Ellerbe Becket-USA. His has significant work in KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Egypt. Prof. Mandour was the recipient of the first award of the International Architecture Design Competition, Al Khobar ICON District September 2000. He is an active Researcher, Architect and Urban Designer, his recent field of research is in 5D virtual urban environments and physical interactions. The notion of deconstruction of history and reshaping of time introducing new theory for analyzing history and extract precedents for a new futuristic language. Prof. Mandour is an associate member of the American Institute of American Architects (AIA), the American Planning Association (APA) and the Association of European Schools of Planning (AESOP); His books are “Architecture and Urban Spaces of Low-Income Communities”, “E-urban: Virtual urban Spaces”, “Contemporary Architecture of Islamic Societies between Globalization and Traditions" and lately “Festival and Cultural Urban Spaces”.

Mohamed Ghazli received his Diploma degree as Engineer for Energy and Information Technology from University of Applied Sciences Kiel, Germany. He joined Vestas in 2009 in R&D as technical researcher for power plant solutions for German Market.
He has successfully completed 1200 projects (about 37GW) starting from R&D (Power Plant Solution) until to the first KW/hpowerinjection and project handover to service.
His expertise includesproduct technology ( R&D), renewable energies law, technical tenders/ innovation evaluation, grid optimization and digital utility maps with vulnerability analysis, Grid Code, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Certification of the grid connected renewable energy systems. He has been involved in the development of German technical laws and guidelines such as : EEG, IEC 61400 and other regulations and grid codes, and serves as member in German largest industry associations in energy field like e.g. BWE, VDMA, BDEW.
